Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear and lingerie cannot be returned once opened
• Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded

How to Request a Refund

Contact us on WhatsApp 0300-8422925 within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Reason for return

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
